Ordered online and stopped by 30 minutes later. Was pleased that my grinder was ready to go. The sandwich was large and delicious. Good value. The lady behind the counter was nice as well. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that the only drink option is a 2-liter soda. What's that all about?
Italian Friendly was recommended to me by a cop I was working with in town and since then I've enjoyed their grinders, calzones and pizza many times! Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery and got the wrong one. I called back and told them what happened and they were awesome! 30 minutes later, which is incredible for a Saturday night, this place gets busy, the correct pizza was at my door. I tried to give the driver a tip because I figured it wasn't his fault but he respectfully declined. These things happen but what separates good and great businesses is this type of customer service!
We don't come here nearly often enough. Excellent pizza. Great flavor. Great crust. Highly recommend any of their specialty pizzas.
